Chōra is the ancient Greek word for the space where things take form. Plato used it for the receptacle that holds all becoming. We use it for a place to incubate together.

Chōra Collective is a home for ethical spiritual practice, rooted in right relationship with human and non-human kin. What we tend at the altar and on the cushion carries out into the world. What the world asks of us returns to the altar. Personal work and collective work answer each other—being and becoming resonating together as call and response.

Our mark is the mouth of a cave. Things take shape in the dark before they come to light. Seeds do this. People do too.

Spiritual practice rooted in right relationship.
